The Ultimatum S3’s Vanessa claims that Nick was abusing drugs and alcohol during production

The reunion for The Ultimatum season three just dropped today, and Vanessa took to her Tik Tok account to make a video and spill the tea and mention it all regarding what really happened behind the scenes. At the reunion Vanessa said she didn’t want to air out Nick’s dirty laundry, but feels as though she is being made the villain and has no choice but to set the record straight.

Vanessa says that on the first day they lived together, Nick pulled her into the bedroom (where there are no cameras or audio) and shared with her that he had substance abuse issues. He claims that he lied on the psych evaluation and did not tell production about his issues. She says she heard from a “birdie” that he was using drugs during filming. She describes his behaviour as “manic”. This comes as no surprise to the viewers as Nick’s behaviour was on full display and it was clear he was struggling and dealing with extreme highs and lows during the experience.

Vanessa says she is angry that he is playing the victim card and that he was leaning into some kind of character that he was portraying on the show. Vanessa and her original parter Dave left the show because of Nick’s behaviour, and did not return until the reunion. They are together currently but still not engaged. Nick and his original partner Sandy are no longer together. The Ultimatum season three finale and reunion are now both available on Netflix.
