Real Housewives of Orange County’s Alexis Bellino says she will be doing “live recaps of the truth” on her Instagram page

Alexis Bellino’s return to tv has been anything but smooth sailing. Her controversial relationship with fellow cast mate Shannon Beador’s ex, John Janssen, has left viewers with a sour taste in their mouths. Now, Alexis has taken to her Instagram to announce that she will be doing live recaps starting from episode one to fill in the blanks and “bring the truth”.

Alexis began the post stating that what we are seeing “in (her) career is not real”. The most recent episode of RHOC saw Alexis having a meltdown over the lawsuit being brought by her boyfriend against Shannon. Alexis recently spoke to US Weekly about the lawsuit and how the truth differed from what was shown on tv. Alexis said, “She (Shannon) wanted to not pay him the full amount. It was, I believe, a small down payment and then monthly installments, which he was not going to do. He doesn’t want to have to get a monthly installment from his ex.” The full article can be read here.

Alexis concluded her post today by stating, “I love you all, and I do not hate you for hating me”. Perhaps bringing Alexis on at the start of the season when Shannon was already dealing with the fallout from her DUI was too much for viewers, and did not give the cast time to properly process one issue before dealing with the next. Shannon has denied having a problem with alcohol, however if she did, it would be difficult to focus on her healing while having her ex boyfriend and his now-fiancee in her face at all times. We will see how this all plays out on the rest of the RHOC season, which is currently airing its eighteenth season on Thursdays at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo.
